Freedom Automotive Hosts September Food Drive to Support Neighbor for Neighbor Food Pantry

September 1st, 2026 by

Freedom Automotive is proud to support Neighbor for Neighbor Food Pantry in Tomah with a community-wide food drive throughout the month of September.

From September 1 through September 30, we’re collecting non-perishable food items to help stock the shelves and support individuals and families right here in our community.

Our goal is to collect at least 400 pounds of food, and we’re asking our customers, employees, local businesses, and community members to help us get there.

Where to Donate

Thanks to several local businesses, you don’t even have to make it to the dealership to participate. We’ve partnered with community drop-off locations throughout the area to make donating as easy as possible.

Donations can be dropped off at:

Business Location
Freedom Automotive Tomah
Oakdale Credit Union Oakdale
Oakdale Credit Union Reedsburg
Lynxx Networks Camp Douglas
Bank First Tomah

Lynxx Networks will be splitting its collected donations between participating local food drives.

What Can I Donate?

We’re looking for shelf-stable, non-perishable food items, including:

  • Canned fruits and vegetables
  • Soups and canned meals
  • Pasta and pasta sauce
  • Cereal
  • Peanut butter
  • Rice and beans
  • Boxed meals
  • Canned meats
  • Other pantry staples

Every donation counts. Whether you drop off a few items or an entire cart of groceries, it all adds up and helps support our neighbors.
